The PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) uses cells derived from your own blood. A small amount of your blood is drawn and the platelets are separated from other matter in the blood using a centrifuge. This creates a “Platelet Rich Plasma” (PRP) that is re-injected into the targeted area such as: face, neck, hands, arms, etc. These platelets release growth factors vital to wound healing, tissue regenerating, and stimulating stem cells. The platelets, once injected, release the potential growth and healing proteins giving your skin a more youthful appearance. There is no risk of allergic reaction or rejection because nothing is added to the blood. Effectively we are using a “supercharged” version of your body’s own healing process to give you a completely natural and highly effective rejuvenation treatment!

At the sites where the PRP is injected, a natural rejuvenation occurs from the stimulated collagen production and increased blood flow. Skin elasticity, texture, and color improve over time as the Platelet Rich Plasma helps to normalize aged and damaged tissue, resulting in a more youthful, refreshed appearance. PRP can be used alone or to boost results of other treatments such as Fraxel, Chemical Peels, MD Pen (microneedling), and fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, Radiesse, Restylane, Perlane, or Belotero.
